Her extensive experience across cardiology, neurosurgery, intensive care, trauma, and orthopedics has shaped her holistic approach to patient care. Molly’s perspective was profoundly transformed when her daughter underwent brain surgery at age three, deepening her empathy for families navigating complex medical challenges. This personal experience inspired her to create Heartstrings, a coaching program for mothers of children with congenital heart disease, focused on mindset shifts and resilience. Molly offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal insight, sharing how mindset changes can empower families dealing with congenital heart disease and other complex conditions.
