Bridget has almost 30 years of experience in strategic employee communications. As an award-winning communicator, she’s passionate about providing employees and their families with simplified, easily digestible communications that helps them improve their physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Bridget has previously worked with several large multiemployer clients at Segal and her current Segal Benz clients include Sandia National Laboratories, University of Idaho, AMD, Albany State University and Hitachi Americas, Ltd. Before returning to Segal Benz, Bridget worked with The Boeing Company for more than 12 years helping communicate the company’s global employee benefits offerings with an emphasis on well-being communications.
Bridget graduated from Boston College cum laude with a B.A. in English. She earned an MA in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. In addition, she holds a professional certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Bridget is also the founder and Executive Director of The Mend a Heart Foundation, which has raised more than a $1.5 million to help children born with congenital heart defects.
